The process of defining, planning, implementing the process of developing and managing work (or project) to be produced within a specific time to meet specific objectives or plans, and within financial constraints and time to be fulfilled is known as project creation. The word project is taken from the Latin projectus, which means to build or construct. It may also be taken from grape, a spbrow plant, which means partners.

This area holds the responsibility for the plan, supervision and control of the activities and decisions of the work group, and the specific assignment of responsibilities of the individuals to the individuals. Project management (also referred to as project management sanitation) can consume at least 40 percent of the total time given in time allocation, and will often occupy the bulk of the personnel allocation, and statistics will tell us that this category accounts for approximately 75 percent of ordinary PMents. Although PRINCE2 does not mention any particular role or responsibility of management, we can probably say that by explicitly stating “management” we are saying that project management is subcontracted to a central entity, in particular the management body. Project management is important because it is the process of controlling the activities, activities utilising the resources of an organisation. What we must ask ourselves is how to organise such an activity to ensure the prime objective of the activity and the limited success of the task within the allocated time frame within the specific (functional) area of the operation. Planning is the frame in which the activity is created and explained the boundaries of the measure of time. Once this is done, execution is the work process followed within a defined time frame to carry out and deliver the POnered Activity strongly and thoroughly executed. newborn activities involving no experience or knowledge which by definition, cannot be verified on the fly, this information will be added to planning by the project management team.
Project management involves also strategy and tactics, which are aspects the project management team must continue to refine and fine tune. Business analysis, no matter how much data is chosen to be contained, are also part of strategy and tactics within the project planning time frame. Consultation is the key to the level of interactivity of project management with the key stake holders in terms of their management commitment, budgetary resource allocation, their decision making ability, their styles and personalities, their required action and decision making preferences with the use of their knowledge and patterns which, by their own actions, may hinder the timely completion of the project. Consultation is also a useful tool in monitoring and controlling the project without direct supervisory intervention to ensure that the project delivers approximately the correct goals, the correct objectives linked to the appropriate external factors.
The management of the project should also be strongly controlled . The management functions at the individual level should be such that the objective of the project is to integrate the strategies of the owner, the role of the owner (the project manager), the role of the owner on the project (the implementation), the roles of team members (project team coordinator and project team leader) and the roles of the project manager and team member on each other (project team coordination and project team execution). The implementation must make choices on the right resources and targets in terms of the time frame and financial commitment. There must work built not only with the resources but also with the business processes within the parameters which support these activities.
All of these tasks might sound very disparate but once each activity and area has been covered, it will be possible for the project to come together to manage the resources as required. In the development of the Plan, the campaigns and issues must be closely monitored, controlled and focused on the various elements of the campaign. This monitoring and Control, and the management of resources to deliver must be managed on an on-going basis to ensure the project adapting to the environment at the necessary slow periods and to provide certainty and stability around the time frame and goals. Undertaking such a well structured control process is not always easy, and is often part of the very difficult transformation to becoming commercially viable. Nonetheless it is initially usually, and eventually the only possible, way to ensure a successful project outcome whether that be cost winning, an important deliverable or risk minimisation to the project deliverables.
